摘  要:桑皮苷是桑白皮中具有药用保健功能的成分之一。为了从桑白皮中高效提取桑皮苷,比较了超声波提取法和冷浸提取法的提取效果,针对不同提取方法的工艺条件如溶剂、原料质量浓度、提取温度和提取液pH值等因子进行了优选试验。通过高效液相色谱紫外检测法(HPLC)检测提取样品中的桑皮苷含量,确定采用超声波法的提取效果较好,在以75%乙醇作为提取溶剂和原料质量浓度67 g/L、提取液pH 7、提取温度25℃的工艺条件下,桑皮苷的提取得率可达1.346%。Mulberroside A is a kind of medical and health care chemical compound in mulberry root cortex. In order to extract mulberroside A from mulberry root cortex efficiently, after comparing the efficiency of ultrasonic and cold soaking extraction methods, experiments were conducted to find out favorable technological conditions including solvent,mass concentration of material, extraction temperature, and pH value of the extraction solution for different extraction methods. Detection of mulberroside A content in the extraction samples by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) indicated that technological conditions comprising of 75% ethanol as solvent,67 g/L material's mass concentration,7.0 pH value of extraction solution and 25℃ extraction temperature were favorable to the extraction. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of mulberroside A reached 1. 346%.
