蚕蛹综合利用产品研发现状及原料前处理工艺探讨

摘　　要：通过对我国蚕蛹综合利用产品研发现状的分析认为,建立蚕蛹产品加工生产的原料前处理工艺是解决蚕蛹综合利用产业规模化发展瓶颈的关键技术之一。从蚕蛹原料预处理以及蛹油制品、蚕蛹蛋白产品、蚕蛹甲壳素产品生产原料的前处理4个方面,探索了一整套实用的蚕蛹产品加工生产的原料前处理工艺流程,能有效分离蛹油、蛹蛋白和蛹甲壳素3种可利用成分,为后续产品的研发提供优质基础原料。In present study,after an analysis on the research status of silkworm pupa products in its comprehensive utilization in China,it was concluded that setting up a pre-treatment methodology for producing silkworm pupa products is one of the key technologies to resolve the bottleneck of industrial-scale comprehensive utilization of silkworm pupae. Therefore,we explored a practical pre-treatment methodology including four aspects as pretreatments to raw silkworm pupae,to extract pupa oil ,to produce pupa protein ,and to produce pupa chitin products. As a result,a practical pre-treatment methodology was developed for preparing raw materials to make the pupa products. The obtained raw materials could be used to isolate pupa oil, pupa proteins and pupa chitins effectively, providing good fundamental materials for development of further products.
