The Effect of Impurity Removal and Condensation of Extraction Liquid of Chlorogenic Acid by Membrane on the Procedure of Precipitation by Ethanol

摘  要:应用膜分离技术改进绿原酸传统水提醇沉工艺,确定了对提取液直接醇沉、不除杂直接浓缩后醇沉、除杂浓缩后醇沉三种方法的最佳醇沉条件[V(醇)∶V(料液)],比较了三种条件下所得绿原酸的质量分数和收率以及消耗95%乙醇的量和酸性废液的排放量。结果表明,除杂浓缩后醇沉的工艺为最佳工艺,绿原酸的质量分数和收率比提取液直接醇沉分别提高了84.9%和3.7%,耗醇量和废液的排放量分别降低了94%和91.3%。The membrane technology was used to improve traditional technique of chlorogenic acid (CA) extraction and precipitation by ethanol. Optimal volume ratio of ethanol to liquid for precipitation of the extraction liquid, condensed liquid without impurity removal and condensed liquid with impurity removal by ethanol was identified respectively. The purity and yield of CA, the consumption of 95 % ethanol and the amount of acid liquid waste under the three conditions were compared. The results showed that condensed liquid with impurity removal before the precipitation by ethanol was the optimum process. After impurity removal and liquid condensation, the purity and yield of CA increased 84.9 % and 3.7 % respectively than those of traditional technics, and acid consumption and liquid waste released decreased 94 % and 91.3 %, respectively.
