摘  要:采用正交实验研究了基本培养基、NAA浓度、6-BA浓度、植酸(PA)浓度对银杏叶愈伤组织继代培养及黄酮积累的影响,并测定了愈伤组织生长曲线。结果表明,银杏叶愈伤组织继代培养的最佳组合为:基本培养基N6,NAA1.0mg·L-1,6-BA1.0mg·L-1,0.05%PA。各因素对愈伤组织生长影响的主次顺序为:NAA浓度>基本培养基>PA浓度>6-BA浓度;愈伤组织黄酮积累量最佳组合为:基本培养基B5,NAA1.0mg·L-1,6-BA1.0mg·L-1,0.3%PA,各因素对愈伤组织黄酮积累量影响的主次顺序为:PA浓度>基本培养基>NAA浓度>6-BA浓度。愈伤组织生长曲线基本呈"S"型。Th'rough orthogonal experiment, the effects of elemental medium,NAA concentration, 6-BA concentration,phytacid(15A) concentration on growth and flavonoids formation of callus in Ginkgo biloba L. leaves were investigated and the growth curve of callus was determined. The results showed that, for growth of callus, the optimum culture conditions were as follows:N6 as elemental medium,NAA concentration 1.0 mg·L^-1 ,6-BA concentration 1.0 mg ·L^-1, PA concentration 0. 05 %, and the effect order was NAA concentration〉elemental medium^PA concentration〉-BA concentration;for flavonoids formation of callus, the optimum culture conditions were as follows:B5 as elemental medium,NAA concentration 1.0 mg ·L^-1 ,6-BA concentration 1.0 mg ·L^-1,PA concentration 0.3% ,and the effect order was PA concentration〉elemental medium〉NAA concentration〉-BA concentration. The growth curve of callus exhibited the type of “S”.
