摘 要:研究了环境空气中苯并芘的几种预处理方法,并用高效液相色谱法进行定量分析。结果表明,苯并芘用超声萃取法处理稳定性较好,与传统的索氏提取法和浸泡振荡法相比,具有萃取效率高、耗时短、溶剂用量少、操作简单等优点。Three pretreatment methods of benzo(a)pyrene in environmental air were studied and quantitative analysis was done by high performance liquid chromatography. The study showed that the stability of benzo(a) pyrene pretreated by ultrasonic extraction method was very well. Compared with traditional extraction methods, Soxhlet extraction and shake-flask extraction, ultrasonic extraction showed higher extraction efficiency, shorter time consumption, lower solvent consumption and simpler operation.
