摘  要:通过电纺、热处理及磺化制备出具有高比表面的磺化聚苯乙烯(SPS)超细纤维膜,并研究了其对阳离子红染料的吸附性能。使用红外光谱、扫描电镜、热失重仪、万能拉伸机、紫外分光光度计等方法表征了SPS超细纤维膜形态、结构与性能以及吸附性。结果发现:磺化后纤维表面出现沟槽,膜力学性能略有下降,初始热失重温度降低,SPS膜对阳离子红染料的吸附速率快,去除率高,符合Lagergren准二级动力学。The sulfonated uhrafine polystyrene fibrous membranes were fabricated by electrospinning, heat treatment and sulfonation process. The morphology, structure, properties and cationic dye adsorption of the sulfonated electrospun membranes were examined by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetry, universal testing machine and ultraviolet-visible speetrophotometry. The results show that, with the increase of sulfonation time, the fiber surfaces appeared successively the many tangential grooves and a lot of outshoots, and the water adsorption of the membranes was improved, and the gradual weight loss with temperature occurred, and that the unchange of the major degradation process of polystyrene and the mechanical properties implied no negative effect due to sulfonation. Cationic dye ic adsorption adsorption of sulfonated membranes demonstrated high adsorption rate and efficient removal. The dynamwith the membranes observed the Lagergren pseudo-second order kinetic.
