摘　　要：随着经济全球化的进一步加深,金融危机向实体经济蔓延,企业生存环境面临空前压力,市场对会计人才的素质要求正在发生着深刻的变化,会计人才就业形势异常严峻,传统的会计教育受到了极大的冲击。会计本科教育是会计人才培养的核心,如何从更新教育观念,明确培养目标,优化课程结构,突出应用能力,提升创新能力,培养适销对路的会计人才,是会计人才的根本出路,也是会计专业生存与发展的关键。With the spreading of financial crisis to the real economy, businesses and enterprises are confronted with unprecedented pressure. And the expectation on the capabilities of accounting personnel by the market is undergoing dramatic changes, and the bleak prospect for future employment is delivering a great strike to traditional accounting education. As the core of cultivating accounting personnel, university education on accounting has to innovate teaching concepts, clarify cultivating goal, optimize curriculum structure, stress practical ability, improve innovative ability, and train application-oriented personnel to survive and develop.
