摘 要:在磁场有限元分析的基础上,以阻尼力和可调倍数为优化目标,利用多目标遗传算法,对磁流变阻尼器进行了优化设计与结果分析。研究表明:活塞有效长度与间隙之比、阻尼器间隙以及活塞有效面积是对阻尼力和可调倍数影响最大的三个因素,其中对阻尼力影响最大的因素是活塞有效长度与间隙之比,对可调倍数影响最大的是间隙;间隙或活塞有效面积的改变只能获得阻尼力或可调倍数单方面性能的提高。结果还表明,阻尼力和可调倍数无法同时达到最大;在一定约束条件下,对于阻尼力来讲,活塞的有效长度存在最优值。Based on the finite element analysis of magnetic field, taking damping force and its adjustment ratio as two objective functions, utilizing multi-objective genetic algorithm (MOGA), the optimum design of MRF damper was completed. Based on optimal solutions, the response surface and linear correlation coefficient matrix were analyzed. The results indicate that, the most highly influential factors of the damping force and its adjustable ratio are as follows: the gap between the cylinder and the piston, the ratio between the effective length of the piston and the gap, the effective area of the piston. The gap between the cylinder and the piston and the ratio between the effective length of the piston and the gap itself have the greatest influence on the damping force and the force's adjustment ratio respectively. The results also show that the damping force and the adjustment ratio are two conflicting objectives; consequently, they can not be improved simultaneously. Moreover, with a specific restriction for the factor of the damping force, the effective length of the piston has an optimal value.
