摘 要:目的观察硫酸钙骨水泥对骨质疏松大鼠干骺端骨缺损修复的影响。方法使用卵巢切除大鼠股骨干骺端骨缺损模型,一侧填充硫酸钙骨水泥,对侧空白对照。在0、1、3、6和9周时,分别处死8只大鼠进行组织学及组织形态学分析。两组间数据采用配对t检验比较。结果骨组织形态学计量数据表明,3、6、9周时,实验组骨缺损中的新骨形成数据,包括类骨质表面、骨缺损中新骨体积均明显多于对照组。6、9周时,实验组骨矿化沉积率显著高于对照组。硫酸钙骨水泥在9周时完全被吸收,新骨随之逐渐长入,对照组中骨缺损部位被大量纤维组织占据。结论实验结果表明硫酸钙骨水泥具有促进新骨生成的作用,能有效修复骨质疏松状态下的骨缺损。Objective To evaluate whether calcium defect in the ovariectomized(OVX) rat model. Methods sulfate cement could be used to repair the osteoporotic bone Cavity defects of 2 ×5 mm in femoral metaphyses of OVX rats were created and then filled with calcium sulfate cement in one side or left empty in another side. The 8 rats were euthanized by abdominal administration overdose of barbiturates after 0,1 ,8,6,and 9 weeks ,and the sample tissues in defects were examined by histology and quantitative histomorphometry analysis. Results All of the bone defects in the experimental group showed better new bone formation than the control group. Histomorphometeric data showed that the calcium sulfate cement activated the new bone formation with osteoid surface being increased at 8,6,and 9 weeks. The amount of the new bone in defects were greater in the experimental group compared to the control group at 3,6 ,and 9 weeks. Bone mineral appositions of experimental group were also greater than the control group at 6 and 9 weeks. Calcium sulfate cement in experiment group was resorbed completely at 9 weeks with the new bone substitution while fibrous tissue occupied the space of defect in the control group. Conclusion These results imply that calci- um sulfate cement is effective in promoting new bone formation in osteoporotic bone. Calcium sulfate cement has potential in the augment of hone defect clinically in osteoporotic fractures.
