氨酚羟考酮片联合伊班膦酸钠治疗骨转移疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察氨酚羟考酮片联合伊班膦酸钠治疗骨转移疼痛的疗效。方法:42例患者均予氨酚羟考酮片(2片,口服,tid)联合伊班膦酸钠(4mg静滴4h以上,每4周重复)治疗。结果:患者止痛总有效率85.71%,中度疼痛止痛有效88%,重度疼痛止痛有效82.35%;活动能力改善有效率73.81%;不良反应主要为头晕、嗜睡、胃肠道反应、发热,发生率较低。结论:氨酚羟考酮片联合伊班膦酸钠治疗骨转移疼痛安全有效。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of oxycodone-acetaminophen （Tylox） combined with ibandranate in the treatment of metastatic bone pain. Methods： Patients （n = 42） were treated with oral Tylox （two tables, tid） and intravenous ibandranate （4 mg, once every 4 weeks）. Results： The total relief rate was 85.7% , and effective rates were 88% for moderate pain and 82.35% for serious pain. The effective rate for improving motor activity was 73.81%. The adverse reactions included dizziness, drowsiness, gastrointestinal reactions and fever, but the incidence was much lower. Conclusion： Tylox combined with ibandranate is effective and safe in the treatment of metastatic bone pain.
