对海南省业余体校发展现状的调查分析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法对海南省18个市(县)业余体校发展的现状进行了调查,结果表明:海南省业余体校的性质并未发生根本性变化;改制后的机构和体制对业余体校的发展并未凸现出明显的促进作用;业余体校的生源日渐减少,体校对青少年儿童的吸引力日渐降低;教练员职称和进修是长期困扰业余体校发展的主要问题;场地基本能够满足训练需求,但设施陈旧,器材老化;用于业余体校发展的经费越来越少,呈下降趋势;项目设置上还未充分体现海南特色,还未充分利用海南资源优势发展体育竞技事业.鉴此,笔者提出了比较符合海南实际的发展竞技体育的对策与建议,旨在为重构海南省竞技体育发展战略蓝图提供参考.Questionnaire surveys were used to investigate the development status quo of amateur PE schools in Hainan. The results showed that there are no right-about-face changes of the character of amateur PE schools in Hainan after reform. The institutions and systems did not distinctively promote the development of amateur PE schools; The recruitment shrinked and the attraction to the children reduced; The titles and the further training of coaches were the major problems, and which have been blocking the development of amateur PE schools. Although the fields can basically satisfy with the needs of training, the establishments were out of date and the equipments were aging; The money spent on the development of amateur PE schools was less than before. The item setup had no the Hainan local characteristic and the advantage resource of Hainan had not been utilized fully. Based on the detailed analysis data, some practical strategies to develop athletic PE in Hainan, which aimed at providing reference for the development blueprint of athletic PE in Hainan, were put forward.
