短时住院病房的实践及体会

摘　　要：在国内外日间病房发展基础上,结合开展日间病房的实际经验,指出日间病房存在的问题和不足,并提出了开展"短时住院病房"的对策和建议,指出"短时住院病房"具有提高床位周转率、缩短住院天数、降低费用、缓解医患矛盾等优点,其发展具有广阔前景。The article describes the present situation and prospect of both foreign and domestic daytime ward. Combining with the experience of established daytime ward in our hospital, we have pointed out the existing problems and solutions. As it can be summarized that the daytime ward has many advantages such as raising the bed occupancy rate, shortening the hospitalization days, reducing the cost of patients, mitigating doctor - patient conflict and so on, we can see that the development of daytime ward has a broad prospect and bright future in China.
