摘　　要：战备训练是提升地方医院动员能力的有效途径。文章分析了地方医院动员战备训练的目标以及训练内容。并从加强国防战备思想教育、军队与地方一体化合练、完善地方医院动员演练计划以及网上推演与实地演练相结合4方面探讨了如何提高战备训练效果。Military training in preparation for the eventuality of war is an effective way to promote local hospital mobilization ability. The article introduces the objective and content of training. The article also analyzes how to improve training effect from the following aspect： strengthen national defense and military training education; train military hospital and local hospital together; consummate local hospital mobilization training program; and practice maneuver on net and on the spot together.
