摘 要:水泥-分级尾砂充填料浆的透水性对其沉降、脱排水、固结硬化、力学等性能都有直接影响,较优的强度参数在一定程度上取决于其渗透性,通过试验测得数据,根据达西定律计算出不同条件下料浆渗透系数,分析渗透性的变化规律.结果显示:水泥掺量(配比)和浓度对料浆渗透性影响明显,浓度相同时渗透系数随灰砂比的降低而增大,配比相同时渗透系数随浓度的减小而提高,了解和掌握料浆在采场中所处状态,对渗水情况和固化过程进行准确估测,可为下一步充填和开采提供依据.Permeability of cement-classed tailings filling slurry has direct effect its performance of settlement,dehydration, concretion,mechanics and so on. Better mechanics parameters depend on permeability of filling slurry to a certain extent. Data are obtained from test and Darcy's law is used to figure out permeability coefficient under different conditions. And the rules of permeability with ratio and concentration are analyzed. Ratio and concentration have obvious effect on permeability. Under the same condition of concentration the permeability coefficient increased as the ratio decreased and under the condition of the same ratio the permeability coefficient is increased as the concentration decreased. Mastery of the state of filling slurry in stope was rightly estimated to the permeability and solidify process of filling slurry, so it could offer reasonable warranty for work of filling and mining.
