摘 要:通过分析螺栓球网架节点破坏现象,阐述了节点破坏原因。现场调查、模拟试验及断口分析表明,高强度螺栓断口平齐,断口未见颈缩,不是受拉破坏。高强度螺栓断裂破坏主要由弯曲及剪切引起,其抗弯和抗剪能力小于横向荷载产生的弯矩和剪力。钢管杆件未发生断裂破坏,说明钢管杆件的抗弯抗剪能力大于高强度螺栓。节点抵抗非节点横向荷载的能力较弱。The cause of joint failure is studied by analyzing the failure phenomena of grid structure bolt ball joint. The results of spot investigation, simulation test and fracture analysis show that the bolt fracture is fiat and there is no necking, so it is not tensile failure. The failure of high strength bolt is caused by the bending moment and shear force of transverse load. The resistance to bending and shearing of high strength is smaller than the bending moment and shear force caused by transverse load. There is no fracture failure on the steel tube bar, so the resistance to bending and shearing of steel tube bar is higher than that of the high strength bolt. The resistance to transverse load of joint is weak.
