摘　　要：实验中心不仅首先要有坚实的硬件基础,还要有一整套完善的教学管理软件管理系统,以便实施较为完善的管理且以最快的速度响应教师和学生的需求,为他们提供一个高效、便捷的环境。本文根据实验室管理的实际需求,采用Visual Basic 6.0和SQL Server 2000进行了管理系统及管理数据库开发,系统提供了丰富的管理和查询功能,并采用32位嵌入式ARM微处理器LPC2138和射频卡读写模块进行实验室门禁管理系统的开发,设置了三种不同管理权限的门禁卡,解决实验室设备升级对管理信息化水平提出的更高的要求。It is not only hardware, but also a set of management software for laboratory centers in colleges that are needed to improve the teaching management system, so the laboratory center can response to the needs of teachers and students and provide them with an efficient and convenient environment. Considering the actual needs of laboratory management, the project developed a Lab Information Management System（LIMS）, using Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000, with an abundant of management and query functions, and a Lab Access Control Management System（LACMS）, using 32- bit embedded ARM microprocessor LPC2138 and RF module, providing three access permissions. It is a good solution to the lab requirements for equipment upgrading and other requirements.
