摘 要:目前,高温高压降滤失剂磺化酚醛树脂(SMP)等不能满足超高温条件下盐水和饱和盐水钻井液高温高压滤失量控制及流变性的需要。为此,利用分子修饰,通过合成条件及配方优化,合成了一种抗盐高温高压降滤失剂HTASP,对其性能进行了评价,并借助红外光谱和热分析对产物的结构和热稳定性进行了分析。结果表明,HTASP热稳定性好,在盐水和饱和盐水钻井液中均具有较好的控制高温高压滤失量的能力,与磺化褐煤(SMC)和降滤失剂LP527、MP488等具有良好的配伍性,与LP527、MP488和SMC等组成的高密度盐水钻井液体系高温稳定性好,流变性易于控制,高温高压滤失量小于16 mL,为盐水超高温钻井液体系的研究奠定了基础。At present, sulfonated phenolic resin, a high temperature high pressure (HTHP) fluid loss reagent, can not meet requirements of brine drilling fluid in terms of HTHP fluid loss and rehologcial control. According to this, a salt-resistant HTHP fluid loss additive HTASP has been developed based on high-temperature reagent molecular design, molecular modification, and optimization of synthetic conditions and formulations. It's properties were evaluated and it's thermal stability was analyzed using infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis. The results show that HTASP performs wonderful thermal stability and fluid loss control in brine and saturated brine drilling fluid under HTHP conditions, and behaves better compatibility with Sulfonated lignite (SMC)and Fluid Loss Additives of LP527, MP488, etc., and shows reasonable rheology control as well as good stability in high density brine mud consisting of LP527, MP488, and SMC, etc. under high temperature. The HTHP filtration is less than 16ml. This additive laid the foundation for the study of ultra-high temperature salt water drilling fluid system.
