摘　　要：绕线电机采用转子串电阻、电感的方法，既能进行起动与调速，又能较大幅度地节能。本文论述了采用该方法的工作原理、设计参数计算，并举例说明应用情况及节电效果。It can not only start and vary speed, but also economize energy greatly to join resistor and inductor to rotor winding in a wound-rotor induction motor. The paper discusses the principle, parameter calculation andillustrates the application and effect by an example.
