超声引导下自动肾活检的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下自动肾活检在肾弥漫性病变中的临床价值。方法:采用18G自动活检针,在超声引导下对236例弥漫性肾脏疾病患者行穿刺活检术。结果:取材成功率100%,取材长度0.6～1.9cm,病理类型中以IgA肾病为多见,术后并发症7.20%。结论:超声引导下自动肾活检是一种安全有效的检查方法,其病理诊断对临床治疗及预后评价具有明确的指导意义。Objective： To investigate the clinical value of renal automatic needle biopsy guided by ultrasound in diffused nephropathy. Methods： 236 patients with diffused nephropaty were biopsied by 18G automatic needle. Results： The successful rate of puncture was 100%,the sample length of puncture was between 0.6 cm and 1.9 cm, the mostly pathological type was IgA nephropaty, the occurrence rate of complications was 7.20%. Conclusion： Ultrasound guided automatic needie biopsy of the kidney is a safe and effective tool. There is significance for the pathological diagnosis and clinical therapy and estimation of the prognosis.
