摘  要:介绍了一种利用变电站、发电厂的电网主接线的拓扑结构,基于产生式知识表达方式的倒闸操作知识及其元规则的智能专家系统,引进估价因子、地理因子,采用最优询问推理的多推理机方案,来实现其应用对象的倒闸操作票的自动生成及智能培训。该系统在多处运行。The paper describes an intelligent expert system for the operation and training of substations and power plants in power systems By using the topological structure of power networks,production rule and meta rule system,the inference process is forward chained with option algorithm function,which has such parameters as rate factor and position factor It can produce the order of operated devices based on the safety operating rules of power systems;it can also provide operators with the strong capability to process faults The system is practically operating in several substations in Lanzhou,Leshan and Ge Heyan Hydraulic Power Plant It has been certified by Science and Technology Committee of Gansu province
