摘　　要：运用经济计量模型就FDI对山东省就业总量、三大产业及不同地区的就业贡献进行实证分析,结果表明:FDI与区域就业之间存在着长期均衡关系,FDI对三次产业及东中西地区的就业均产生积极的推动作用。在分别测算了各自的贡献率的基础上,就山东省如何提高FDI的就业效应提出了合理化的对策建议。Utilizing the econometric models, the paper has an empirical analysis on the contribution of FDI to the total employment, the employment of three industries and that of different regions in Shandong Province. The result shows that： there is a long- run equilibrium relationship between FDI and regional employment, and FDI plays a positive role in promoting employment of three industries and Western, Middle and Eastern Districts in Shandong Province. Based on the calculation of the contribution rate of FDI respectively, reasonable proposals and countermeasures are put forward to improve the effects of FDI on the employment in Shandong Province.
