摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等方法,以山东省体操队梯队建设的相关情况为研究对象,对不同层次选材年龄、运动员数量、年龄、质量等方面进行研究,并在此基础上提出相应的对策。By using the documents, questionnaire, and interview, this article takes the echelon construction as the object of study, and studies all the level of the athletes＇ age, number, and quality in their selection, and based on these it proposes some certain countermeasures.
