摘  要:提出一种从汽水系统吸热过程中提取热量信号的方法。对国内超超临界1000MW机组水冷壁的吸热特性进行了分析,发现水冷壁吸热量与煤燃烧发热量之间存在近似线性关系,由此推导出利用水冷壁的吸热量计算热量的方法并构造热量信号。试验结果表明,该信号能够更快更准确地对系统进行反馈。同时,仿真表明,采用该信号的协调控制系统可以改善其控制品质,且便于实际应用。A method for extracting heat release signal from heat -absorbing process in the steam -water system has been proposed, and the heat - absorbing behavior of water - wall in ultra - supercritical 1 000 MW units at home being analysed,it is discovered that the relationship between the amount of heat absorption by water- wall and the calorific value of burned coal to be approximate linearity. Thereby,it can be deduced a method for calculating the released heat by using the heat amount absorbed by the water-wall,and to construct a heat release signal. The results of test carried out on a 1 000 MW unit show that the said signal can be more rapidly and more precissely fed back to the system. Meanwhile,emulation shows that the control quality of a coordinated control system can be improved by adopting the said signal, and it is comparatively easy in practical application.
