摘　　要：针对汽轮机叶片垢样成分的复杂性,对《火力发电厂垢及腐蚀产物分析方法》中钠离子和二氧化硅含量测定方法进行了改进,提出了汽轮机叶片垢样成分含量计算公式,并设计了分析结果登记表,避免了原方法误差大及分析结果表述困难的问题。With respect to the complexity of deposits on turbine blade, some improvement has been made on the testing method used for measuring sodium ion and silica dioxide on turbine blade deposits, see the《 Analytical Methods of Scale and Corrosion Products in Fossil- fired Power Station》. A new equation used for composition calculation is proposed and a table used for the analytical results of turbine blade deposits is put forward,so as to avoid the difficulties in describing the test results and the errors by using the traditional methods.
