摘  要:研究了捏合法生产羧甲基纤维素(CMC)产品的pH值与产品质量之间影响关系,采用捏合法生产羧甲基纤维素,通过调整碱液添加量,生产出pH值在7.0~11.5之间的产品。在去离子水中、饱和盐水中检验产品的粘度和取代度,产品取代度没有明显变化,去离子水中粘度随pH值增大而降低,饱和盐水中粘度随pH值增大先增大后减小,有一个峰值。分析了不同pH值条件下产品副产物的影响,得出捏合法生产CMC产品pH值的控制范围。The impact of relationships between pH value and the quality of the product called carboxymethyl cellulose ( CMC), which was produced by the kneading method, were studied. The products with pH value in 7.0 - 11.5 was produced by changing the adjustment of dosage of alkaline solution, and test the viscosity and the degrees of substitution(DS) of product. Results showed that the DS of product had no significant change , but the viscosity in de - ionized water decreases with the increase of the pH value, and in saturated brine it increases first and then decreases with the increase of the pH value. The effect of pH on byproducts was discussed, and the right pH range was given.
