高酸原油酯化脱酸催化剂的研究

摘  要:酯化催化脱酸技术是目前一种新型的脱酸方法,以甲醇等醇类与原油中的环烷酸酯化生成环烷酸酯来达到脱酸的目的。本课题从温度、空速、醇油比、催化剂类型等方面对催化剂的脱酸效果作了研究,并对催化剂的再生,使用寿命,再生后的脱酸效果进行了实验。通过实验可得出,该催化剂应用于中海绥中36-1原油,在反应温度320℃、醇油比4w%、空速为1.0h-1时可有效地降低酸值,使原油的酸值降低到0.55mgKOH/g以下。The technology to remove the acid from high acid -value crudes oil with esterification by catalyst is a new method to remove acid which used alcohols such as methanol to make the esterification of the naphthenate in crude oil generated to achieve the purpose of deacidification. The effect of deacidification was studied by the temperature, airspeed, alcohol - oil ratio and typies of the catalysts, and it taked experiments on regeneration, life and the renewable effect of deacidification of the catalyst. The conclusion to be drawn through the experiment was that when the catalysts was used in crude oil in the sea Suizhong36 - 1, the acid number of the crude oil was reduced from 2. 73mg KOH/g to 0. 55mg KOH/g, when the reaction temperature was 320℃ ,the volume space velocity was 1h^-1, the mass ratio of methanol to oil was 4wt%.
