摘　　要：通过试验验证的方法对在用汽车用压缩天然气(CNG)钢瓶定期检验中的水压试验合格指标进行了分析与讨论。试验结果证明,现行国标规定的控制气瓶水压试验合格的指标容积残余变形率的具体数值有待商榷,目前的上限值(10%)对于实际检验起不到约束作用。Hydrostatic test eligibility of steel cylinders for the on - board of compressed natural gas as a fuel for vehicles periodic inspection was analyzed and discussed by the experimental method. The result showed that deformation rate of residual volume of the cylinders controlled by the current standard should be discussed. In fact, the upper limit deformation rate of residual volume 10% was meaningless in practical periodical inspection.
