摘 要:基于LT3573的拓扑结构特点,结合隔离型反激式DC-DC开关稳压器的设计要求,分析了开关电源常用的RCD钳位电路的工作原理,并给出了选择RCD元器件的一些具体措施.结合开关变压器的设计要求,正确选定变压器主边最小电感量和主副边的匝数比.该应用电路在无须光电耦合器件,也无须第三变压器绕组的情况下,就可以获得稳定的隔离型电压输出,既能简化电路设计,降低制作成本,又增加了电路工作的可靠性.最后,应用电路进行了必要的仿真实验,验证其应用电路设计的合理性和可靠性.Based on the topology characteristics of the LT3573, combined with Isolated Flyback DC-DC switching regulator design requirements, analysis of the switching power supply commonly working principle of RCD clamp circuit, and some concrete choice measures of RCD components are given. Combination of switching transformer design requirements, the correct selection of the transformer primary side smallest magnetizing inductance and the turns ratio of the transformer primary-secondary winding. Without optocoupler devices, and no the third case of transformer windings, the application can be isolated and stable voltage output. It can simplify the circuit design and reduce production costs, but also increase circuit design reliability. Finally, the application of the necessary circuit simulation verify the rationality and reliability of the application circuit design.
