摘  要:介绍了基于LabVIEW环境下建立电机振动测试虚拟仪器的方法,给出了软硬件系统的基本模型,并分析了构建该虚拟仪器系统的关键问题.针对电机转子因质量不平衡所引起振动的频率与其旋转的频率相等的问题,讨论了利用互相关方法滤除噪声、计算电机振动振幅和相位的方法.根据一个具体的实验结果,给出了数据幅相频特性曲线及峰值统计结果和互相关滤波器效果,证明了该数据分析方法的有效性和应用价值.The method that found VI to test vibration of electromotor based on LabVIEW is introduced. This paper gives the basic model of the software and hardware system and analyzes the key question of constructing this VI system. Contraposing the problem that the vibration frequency because of the mass unbalance of the electrical machinery rotor equals to it's circumvolving frequency, discusses the method to filter noise by self-correlation and to compute the swing and phase of the electromotor vibration. According to one specific test result , presents a data frequency characteristic property curve and peak value count result and Cross-correlation filter effect, testifiys the validity and the applying value owing to this data analysis method.
