摘　　要：阐述了大学生网络素质教育以网络应用能力、法制观念、伦理道德等方面的内容为主体,分析了网络偏激行为对大学生价值观、人际互动、角色、身心、学业等带来的影响和所面临的挑战。对此,提出了高校通过加强校园网络的软硬件建设、规范网络管理、加强大学生思想道德教育、文化素养、心理素质、应用能力等主要方法、措施,达到提升大学生综合素质的目的。In this article, the college student network education for all-around development take the network application ability,the concept of the rule of law,ethics, etc. as the main content, analysis of network extreme behavior values of the university students, personal interaction, the role ,physical and psychological, the impact of and challenges faced by.Campus network through the strengthening of the hardware and software building, specification of network management,the ideological and moral education,cultural accomplishment,Psychological quality, application ability and so on main method, achieves promotes the purpose of the university student overall quality.
