摘　　要：阐述了由*.IME和*.MB文件来实现输入法的设计过程和码表源文件、*.IME和*.MB文件的设计过程.Thecomposition of the Chinese character input method and the design principle of input method was analysed under the Windows platform. Further, the paper sets forth the design process by ＊.IME and the ＊.MB document. It focuses on the code table source files,＊.IME and ＊.MB document design process. Leiyin input method under Windows is designed according to reading and writing custom of Chinese People, overcame the shortcoming of the Pinyin input method repeated code heavily and the Wubi deficiency in learning. This method is repeated code relatively few and also can be held quickly. spreading area set different sowing ways base on different planting needs.
