摘　　要：在线产品配置系统是一种基于Web的系统,客户可以利用该系统配置自己需要的产品和服务.分析了配置设计的客户需求交互系统,并对客户需求交互系统的关键技术和实现框架进行了分析和综述.最后,给出了冰箱在线产品配置系统的模拟示例.On-line configurator is a system based on Web which helps customer to setup their own product and service.Customer Requirement Interaction System （CRIS） was analysised,and the key technoligies and frame were discussed.Finally,an example was given.
