河南省外出农民工参与体育活动现状的调查分析

摘　　要：通过对河南省外出农民工参与体育活动的调查,显示农民工体育活动参与率为32.7%,达到体育人口标准的仅为4.5%.大多数农民工非常需要和比较需要参加体育健身活动,但由于农民工经济收入低、工作时间长、身心很疲惫、缺乏场地器材和指导以及自身对体育活动兴趣不足、认识片面等因素的影响,把体育健身需要转化为体育健身动机和行为还需要相当长的时间.针对存在的问题提出:全民健身是一个系统工程,农民工健身应从源头抓起,借助九年义务教育的普及培养农民工终身体育意识,建立"属地工会——社区——农民工"一体化的健身服务体系,切实维护农民工的各种权益,使农民工的各种利益进入政府的视角,切实改变农民工参与体育健身活动的落后现状.Through investigation on sports participating situation of migrant workers from Henan Province, the statistics show that their rate of sports participating is 32.7% and only 4.5% reaches the standard of sports population. Most migrant workers need to take part in sports activities awfully or relatively, but it has a long way to go from their need of keep-fit sports to the motivation and action of keep-fit sports due to low economic income, longtime work,physical and mental tiredness,lack of facility and equipment , interestlosing in sports activities. Based on the current situation, the researcher points out ： the nationwide physical fitness is a systematic project; Physixal fitness of migrant workers ought to be from the very beginning; it should take advantage of the nine-year compulsory education and cultivate their lifelong consciousness in sports; build a ＂affiliation to labor union -community -migrant workers＂service system; maintain migrant workers＇ all kinds of interests earnestly; make it into government＇s plan, and improve status of sports participating situation of migrant workers conscientiously.
