福建省健身中心健美操指导员现状调查与研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对福建省10个市40个健身中心健美操指导员的基本情况、指导动机、职业工作状况等进行了较全面的调查与分析,指出了目前健身中心健美操指导员职业工作中存在的问题,剖析了存在问题的主要因素并提出相应的建议和对策,以满足大众健身需要和更好地为大众健身者服务。This essay adopts methods of looking for reference, researching by questionnaires, and counting statistics, so as to comprehensively investigate and analyze the basic condition, teaching motivation and work situation of aerobics instructors among 45 Fitness Centers of ten cities in Fujian province. Furthermore, In order to satisfy the fitness request of the public and serve them better, this article points out present problems existing in this kind of work, analyses the main reasons for these problems, and put forward corresponding suggestions and strategies.
