摘 要:为揭示连云港港口海域环境污染状况,对该海域6个站位采样,以种类组成、生物量和栖息密度等为基础,对底栖动物多样性进行了分析。使用PRIMER软件计算得到以下变量:群落的物种数(S)、丰富度(d)、Shannon-Wiener物种多样性指数(H′)和均匀度指数(J′)。结果表明,各站位生物量分布不均匀,生物种类上多毛类显著增多,多毛类和软体动物的栖息密度为绝对的优势种类。位于港池的LH08站多样性最低,各站位的多样性差异显著;物种多样性指数和K-优势曲线的分析显示,各站位的底栖动物群落结构没有受到较大影响,表明该海域处于轻度人为扰动的状态。In order to reveal the environmental pollution status of Lianyungang port area, we collected samples from six stations in this area. The species diversity was analyzed based on the species composition, biomass and inhabiting density. The variables of species number of community(S), richness (d), Shannon-Wiener species diversity index (H') and evenness index (ji) were calculated by the software of PRIMER. The results showed that the biomass of every station was distributed inhomogeneously, the polychaeta on biomass was increased remarkably, and the inhabiting density of polychaeta and molluscan were absolutely advantage species. The diversity of LH08 station was the lowest, and the diversity difference of every station was significant. The analysis on species diversity index and advantage curve showed that community structure of zoobenthos on every station was less effected, indicating that the sea area was on mild artificial disturbance status.
