摘 要:对渤海莱州湾、黄海海州湾和东海舟山海区3个三疣梭子蟹地理群体不同体色梭子蟹数量的分布情况进行了调查,结果表明,3个海区不同体色梭子蟹间的分布比例相似,紫色个体随着体质量(年龄)的增大,其在相应体质量大小个体中所占的比重逐渐下降(从30%到1%)。进一步对莱州湾和海州湾两个地理群体不同体色个体间生物性状比较研究的结果表明,12项形态学指标在各个群体内部不同体色个体间不存在明显差异,但在群体间存在显著差异。这些结果显示茶绿色和紫色三疣梭子蟹属同一物种,体色差异虽受环境等因素影响,但明显是由一定的内在遗传机制决定的。In order to identify the relationships between purple and tea-green crabs, a survey was made in three geographical populations, i.e. Laizhou Bay, Haizhou Bay and Zhoushan islands. The results of investigation showed that the percentage of purple individuals in each geographical population is similar, and they decrease with the increase of weights (ages), changing from 30% to less than 1%. Additionally, morphological comparison of purple and tea-green individuals in inter and intro-populations of Laizhou Bay and Haizhou Bay were made in terrns of twelve morphological characteristics. The results showed that there were no differences between purple and tea-green individuals in each intro-population, but there were significant differences in inter-populations. We concluded that the purple and tea-green body color in P. trituberculatus was affected by environmental factors, but apparently they belonged to the same species and were determined by inheritance.
