井下作业钻具防卡新技术

摘　　要：大直径工具诸如通径规、封隔器、钻头均在工具上肩部都有倒角,这使得落物卡钻造成了必要条件。为了有效的消除这一条件,研制了一种叫防卡集物筒的防卡工具,有效的收集井口落物、井壁坍塌的石块、在井底钻起的石块或铁块等进入集物筒,消除卡钻条件。Large diameter tools, such as drift mandrel, packer and aiguille, have chamfer angle. That makes jamming of drilling tool of junk cause requirement. In order to solve the problem, the paper develps a tool that calls prenvent stricking and collect object barrel. It can collect junks in the mouth of the well and cave--ins and the matter from the bottom of well. And it eliminates pipe--sticking condition.
