摘  要:目的建立HPLC法测定枸磺新啶片中枸橼酸喷托维林和盐酸溴己新含量的测定方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18柱;以甲醇-戊烷磺酸钠磷酸盐缓冲液(1.45g戊烷磺酸钠、3.45g磷酸二氢铵溶于900mL水中,用磷酸调pH至3.0)(55∶45)为流动相;流速为1.0mL.min-1;检测波长为220nm。结果枸橼酸喷托维林和盐酸溴己新的线性范围分别为0.26~2.33μg(r=0.9999)和0.16~1.45μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为99.8%(RSD=0.62%,n=9)和99.4%(RSD=0.79%,n=9)。结论该方法简便、快速,专属性强,可有效地控制枸磺新啶片中枸橼酸喷托维林和盐酸溴己新的含量。Objective A method for determination of pentoxyverine citrate and bromhexine hydrochloride in Pentoxyverine Citrate Sulfamethoxazole Bromhexine Hydrochloride and Thinethoporim Tablets by HPLC was established. Methods A Diamonsil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol--sodium hexanesulfonate phosphate buffer solution(containing 1.45g sodium pentanesulfonate, 3.45g ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and 900mL water, adjusting to pH 3.0 by phosphoric acid) (55 : 45),with flow rate 1mL · min^-1 and detection wavelength at 220nm. Results A better linearity and good correlation coefficient were obtained. Pentoxyverine citrate was 0. 26 - 2. 33μg (r= 0. 9999). Bromhexine hydrochloride was 0.16 - 1.45μg (r = 0. 9999). The satisfactory recoveries was obtained. Pentoxyverine citrate was 99.8% (RSD= 0. 62%). Bromhexine hydrochloride was 99.4% (RSD= 0. 79%). Conclusions The method is convenient and accuate. It can be used as a method of quality control.
