摘  要:目的:探讨红外线灯照射在静脉滴注甘露醇引起疼痛的早期干预的护理效果。方法:采用自身对照法,将120例需静脉滴注甘露醇的病人作为观察对象,病人随机分成治疗组与对照组。治疗组:采取红外线灯照射前先预热5mim,灯与皮肤距离为25~35cm.待静脉穿刺好以后,从输液过程一开始,病人还未出现疼痛、麻木的症状时给予照射红外线,至甘露醇完全进入血管后止。对照组:采用常规的静脉输液方式,只有在病人诉疼痛时予40℃温湿毛巾外敷。采用痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估两种方法的镇痛效果。结论:红外线灯照射可减轻静脉输入甘露醇引起的疼痛,减少药物性静脉炎发生。Object:To investigate the nursing effect of early intervention of Infra -red lamp radiatation to pain suffered from mannitiol intravenous drip. Methods Sixty - four patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using own control method. The infra - red lamp was preheated five mimite before radiatation, and lamp was distanced to the skin from twenty - five to thirty - five centimeters. From intravenous drip beginning and non painful and anaesthetic symptoms occurrenc to all the mannitiol complete intravasation, the patients of experimental group were irradiated by Infra - red lamp after vein was puncted. The patients of the control group were treated by the convention intravenous drip, only 40℃ wet towel were paved to the skin when patients were suffered from pain. Resuits Infra - red lamp radiatation could lessen the pain of mannitol intravenous drip and decreased the occurrence of medicine phlebitis.
