摘  要:测试过程中,井下套管受多种因素影响毁损问题时有发生。针对这一现象,对石油井下套管的磨损机理与影响因素进行了深入分析。套管可能存在的磨损机理主要有磨粒磨损、粘着磨损、腐蚀磨损、疲劳磨损和冲蚀磨损。而影响套管磨损的因素很多,外部因素包括载荷、速度、温度、相对运动及受力状态、磨料、介质与环境等;内部条件则主要是受磨材料的化学成分、组织和机械性能等。During the process of testing, casing often is damaged because of the influence of multifactor. Mechanism and affecting factors of casing wear are analyzed deeply in view of this occurrence. There are many wear mechanism such as abrasive wear, cohesive wear, corrosion wear, fatigue wear and erosion wear. Affecting factor include two type. Loading, velocity, temperature, relative movement, bearer condition, abrasive material, medium and environment are the external agency. Internal condition is covered with chemical variation, fabric and mechanical features of material.
