摘  要:采用毛细管吸取多后型红火蚁(red imported fire ant,Solenopsis invicta Burns)工蚁和蚁后的毒液,以气质联用分析法(GC-MS)比较分析其毒液中的生物碱成分。结果表明,多后型红火蚁毒液中的生物碱属2-甲基-6-烷基或烯基哌啶生物碱,仅有6位取代烃基碳链长短和烯键有无及顺反异构的差异。工蚁毒液中的生物碱主要有4种,分别是2R-甲基-6R-(4-十三烯基)哌啶(transC13︰1),2R-甲基-6R-十三烷基哌啶(transC13),2R-甲基-6R-(6-十五烯基)哌啶(trans C15︰1),2R-甲基-6R-十五烷基哌啶(trans C15),其占总碱量的比例分别为15.6%、17.5%、43.8%和19.1%;而蚁后的生物碱主要有2种,分别是2R-甲基-6S-十一烷基哌啶(cisC11)和2R-甲基-6R-十一烷基哌啶(transC11),其占总碱量的比例分别为62.6%和26.6%。工蚁和蚁后毒液生物碱在结构上也存在差异,工蚁主要生物碱的链长为C13和C15二种,均为反式结构;而蚁后主要生物碱仅有C11一种链长,且有顺式和反式二种结构。The venom of worker ants and queen of polygyne red imported fire ant(RIFA,Solenopsis invicta Burns) were obtained by using self-made microcapillary. The structures of alkaloids were studied by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry(GC-MS) . The results showed that the venom alkaloids detected were 2-methyl-6-alkyl or alkenyl piperidines according to mass spectral data and related literatures on S. invicta. Four main alkaloids found in venom of worker ants were trans-2-Methyl-6-(cis-4-tridecenyl) piperidine(transC13:1) ,trans-2-Methyl-6-n-tridecenyl piperidine(transC13) ,trans-2-Methyl-6-(cis-6-pentadecenyl) piperidine(transC15:1) and trans-2-Methyl-6-n-pentadecenyl piperidine(transC15) ,respectively,which occupied 15.6%,17.5%,43.8%,19.1% of total venom alkaloids. Two main alkaloids found in venom of the queen were cis and trans 2-Methyl-6-n-undecenyl piperidine(C11) ,which occupied 62.6% and 26.6% of total venom alkaloids,respectively. The structure difference between main venom alkaloids of worker ants and queen occurred in their conformations and the chain length of 6-alkyl. Only trans C13 and C15 alkaloids in worker ants,while cis and trans C11 alkaloids in queen were found.
