摘　　要：分析了福建省欠发达地区农村劳动力资源配置存在的问题,提出了建立健全农村劳动力市场体系,设立农民职业生涯规划机构,帮助农民设计职业生涯,引导农民参加与其相适配的职业培训,开辟就业空间,促进农村劳动力合理流动的对策与建议。The problems which exist in the disposition of the rural labor resources in the undeveloped areas of Fujian province have been analyzed;the countermeasures and suggestions of building-up and improving the rural labor market system,setting up the organizations of designing vocational careers for the farmers,helping the farmers to design vocational careers,guiding the farmers to participate in the vocational training suitable for the farmers themselves,opening up the space of obtaining employment,promoting the rational transfer of the rural labor have been put forward.
