摘　　要：在国际金融危机中,黑龙江省畜牧业也受到了多方面的影响。依据官方统计数据和资料,作者结合实证调查,分析了当前国际金融危机给黑龙江省畜产品出口、畜产品消费和畜牧业生产效益带来的消极影响和有利因素,并提出了应对金融危机的对策和措施。As international financial crisis is coming,husbandry industry in Heilongjiang Province is affected in many aspects.The paper analyses on the unfavorable factors and favorable conditions because of the international financial crisis with official statistical data and empirical investigation,then puts forward corresponding tactics and countermeasures of coping with the international financial crisis and developing husbandry industry in Heilongjiang.
