经皮穿刺二尖瓣球囊成形术900例报告

摘　　要：采用Inoue单球囊技术，共进行经皮穿刺二尖辩球囊成形术治疗二尖瓣狭窄900例，取得良好效果。左房平均压由2．97±1．16kPa下降为1．29±0．56kPa（P＜0．001）；二尖瓣跨瓣压差由3．01±1．39kPa下降为0．91±0．65kPa（P＜0．001）；肺功脉收缩压由7．94±3．20kPa下降为5．85±2．84kPa（P＜0．001）；心排血量由3．95±0．80L／min上升为5．60±0．80L／min（P＜0.001）；二尖瓣口面积由1．07±0．36cm2增大至2．04±0．52cm2。160例随访12～81个月（平均36个月），再狭窄为24例（17％）。本文对经皮穿刺二尖瓣球囊成形术适应症、方法、效果及并发症进行了讨论。During the treatment of 900 cases of mitral valve stenosis through percutaneous Inoue balloon valvuloplasty,hemodynamic and left ventriculographic findings were evaluated prior and posterior to the procedure. The results showed that the mean left atreial pressure were reduced to a certain extent;while cardiac output was increased and mitral valve area was enlarged. In addition,the article discusses in detail the procedure,the curative effects and the indications as well as complications about the percutaneous ballobo valvulploasty.
