摘  要:以对心直动圆柱滚子从动件槽形圆柱凸轮为例,应用共轭曲面理论研究基于两重包络原理的加工圆柱凸轮廓面的刀位控制方法,推导出圆柱凸轮实际廓面方程及基于两重包络原理的非等价加工圆柱凸轮廓面的刀具创成廓面方程,并对理论加工误差进行了分析。Taking the slotted cylindrical cam with translation cylindrical roller follower, which axis perpendicularly intersects the axis of cam, as an example and by applying the theory of conjugate curved surface, the tool location controlling method for machining the cylindrical cam profile surface based on double envelope principle has been studied. The actual profile surface equation of cylindrical cam and the generated profile surface equation of tools for nonequivalence machining the cylindrical cam profile surface based on double envelope principle were derived, and an analysis was carried out on errors of the theoretical machining.
