摘　　要：针对服装行业竞争加剧,客户个性化需求不断增加的现状,制定了由摄像装置拍摄人体在确定位置转动不同角度时的图像,而后由计算机提取人体尺寸数据的非接触式自动测量方案。并进一步通过研究站人辅助转台体设计方法、基于单片机的步进电机和拍摄装置的控制方法,以及单片机与上位机的串行通信技术和图像传输术等,研制出相应的测量系统样机。通过对塑料模特人体尺寸的实测表明,该系统能够较为快速、准确地提供人体被摄图像尺寸。Aimed at the present condition of aggravation in the competition of clothes industry and the unceasing increase on the requirement of customer individuation, firstly, using the video camera device to take pictures on human body while rotating at different angles in a definite position and then constituted the non-contact automatic measuring scheme for the computer to collect dimension data of human body. And go a step further, by means of researching on the designing method of auxiliary rotary platform for the standing of plastic model, on the control methods of stepping motor and shooting device based on single chip computer and on the series communication techniques and image transmission techniques between single chip computer and upper computer etc. , the corresponding prototype of measuring system was developed. It was indicated by means of actual measurement on dimensions of human body of the plastic model that this system could rather quickly and accurately provide human body dimensions of the being shoot images.
