摘  要:杭州经济技术开发区C4-3-9地块处于砂质粉土层,采用水泥搅拌土植入工形预制钢筋混凝土桩围护,即沿基坑一周先打设水泥搅拌桩,紧跟植入工形桩,同时施工支撑桩;放坡开挖,喷射混凝土护面,浇筑压顶梁;继续开挖并施工围檩梁与支撑;再开挖至坑底,完成坑中坑围护、钢筋绑扎和底板浇筑。介绍了主要施工技术措施,指出成桩钻进速度、植桩及施工顺序是该技术在砂质粉土层中应用的关键。实践证明,该围护技术适用于砂质粉土层,施工便捷、止水防渗性能好、噪声小、工效显著。C4-3-9 block of Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone locates in sand silt ground, and it is retained with technology of I-shaped prefabricated reinforced concrete pile implanted soil-cement. Cement mixing piles are sot at first, then I-shaped piles are implanted and simultaneous support piles are constructed, secondly slope is made and soil is excavated followed by construction of reinforced concrete protective facing and top beam, thirdly lower layer soil is excavated, and circle purlin beam and support are finished, finally construction of support, steel bars and concrete are finished after excavating to bottom. Authors introduce main construction measures of the retaining technology, and propose that drilling speed, planting piles and construction order are key points of the retaining technology in sand silt ground. It proves that the retaining technology is suitable for sand silt ground with convenient construction, good waterproof capability, low noise and high work efficiency.
