摘  要:为了解水分胁迫对小黑麦叶片保护酶活性及膜脂过氧化作用的影响,以10个抗旱性不同的六倍体小黑麦为材料,用20%PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,研究了不同抗旱性小黑麦品种SOD,POD活性及MDA含量对水分胁迫的反应。结果表明,各品种SOD,POD活性及MDA含量均显著高于对照,但是不同品种增加幅度明显不同。其中,SOD活性胁迫系数依次为Prego>Fidelio>Prado>Szd154>Presto>Tornado>Lamberto>Moreno>Pronto>Tewo,最大是品种Prego为7.48;POD活性胁迫系数依次为Fidelio>Tornado>Presto>Prego>Szd154>Prado>Pronto>Lamberto>Moreno>Tewo,最大是Fidelio为3.19;而MDA含量胁迫系数依次为Tewo>Lamberto>Moreno>Pronto>Szd154>Fidelio>Prado>Presto>Tornado>Prego,最大是Tewo为4.71,推断在所有品种中,Prego的抗旱性最强,而Tewo抗旱性则较弱。Effect of water deficit on leaf protective enzymes and permeability of plasma membrane of ten triticale cultivars with different drought resistance was studied. Under 20% PEG 6000 simulated drought stress, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity and Malonaldehyde (MDA) content of triticale with different drought resistance were measured. The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase(POD) and Malonaldehyde (MDA) content are higher than that of control. While they changed apparently between different cuhivars. The stress coefficient of SOD activity are as follows: Prego 〉 Fidelio 〉 Prado 〉 Szd 154 〉 Presto 〉 Tornado 〉Lamberto 〉 Moreno 〉Pronto 〉Tewo, the biggest of which is Prego that is 7.48, the stress coefficient of POD activity are as follows: Fidelio〉Tornado〉Presto〉 Prego〉Szd154〉Prado〉Pronto〉Lamberto〉Moreno〉Tewo, the biggest of which is Fidelio that is 3.19, and the stress coefficient of MDA content are as follows: Tewo〉Lamberto〉Moreno〉Pronto〉Szd154〉Fidelio〉 Prado〉Presto〉Tornado〉Prego, the biggest of which is Tewo that is 4.71 ,This indicted that Prego might was a cultivar with the strongest drought resistance and Tewo might was drought-sensitive cuhivar in all cuhivars.
