高效毛细管电泳拆分布洛芬对映异构体

摘　　要：运用高效毛细管电泳（ＨＰＣＥ）成功地拆分了布洛芬对映异构体。以２０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸盐为运行缓冲液（ｐＨ７．１），５０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌβ－ＣＤ和３０ｍｍｏｌ／ＬＳＤＣ为手性选择剂；运行电压１２ｋＶ，负极端２１４ｎｍ检测。布洛芬对映体的加样回收率分别为９７．８％和１０１．４％，ＲＳＤ分别为０．１４％和０．２６％。The enantiomers of ibuprofen were resolved by HPCE. The running buffer is composed of 20 mmol/L Na 2HPO 4(pH 7.1), 50 mmol/L β CD and 30 mmol sodium deoxycholate(SDC). The running voltage is 12 kV and the detection wavelength was 214 nm. The recoveries of ibuprofen enantiomers and RSD were 97.8%, 101 4% and 0.14%, 0.26%, respectively.
