赖氨酸和锌对精子核浓集的影响

摘　　要：取正常及缺锌大鼠睾丸和附睾、正常人及男性不育者精子，制成苯胺蓝染色标本及电镜标本观察，并对确定为精浆低锌的男性不育者给于口服硫酸锌治疗，观察锌含量的变化。结果正常大鼠睾丸曲细精管中精原细胞及精母细胞染色深，精子细胞及精子染色渐淡，附睾头部精子较尾部精子染色深（尾部精子几乎不着色）。正常人苯胺蓝染色阳性（着色深）精子数明显少于不育者。电镜图显示睾丸精子、附睾头部及尾部精子核逐渐致密，正常人精子核致密均匀，多数不育者精子核呈粗颗粒状。结果还显示缺锌大鼠生精细胞和精子苯胺蓝染色较对照大鼠深，表明赖氨酸含量增加。精浆低锌者口服硫酸锌治疗后，精浆锌含量明显提高。因而作者认为，赖氨酸含量增加导致精子核浓集障碍，可能是男性不育的一个重要原因。而缺锌可能会导致生精细胞和精子赖氨酸含量增加。Normal and zinc deficient testis and epididymis were taken from rat and spermatozoa were taken from normal fertile and infertile men. They were made anline blue stain and electronic microscope samples to be observed. Infertile men of lower content of zinc in seminal plasma took zinc sulphate in order to observe the change of content of zinc. The results were that spermatogonia and spermatocytes in normal testicular seminiferous tubules were deeper stain and spermatids and sperms were lighter stain. The stain of sperm from caput was deeper than that of sperm from canda which was almost unstained. The number of positive spermatozoa taken from normal fertile men was fewer than that from infertile men. The pictures of eletronic microscope showed that the sperms from testis,caput and canda were denser and denser. The sperm nucleus of normal men were dense and uniform and that of most infertile men showed rough grain. The result also showed that anline blue stain was deeper in spermatogenic cell and sperm of contrastive rat, which indicated increasing content of lysine, lower content of zinc in seminal plasma of infertile men increased after treatment. So author considers that increasing content of lysine causes abnormal concentration of sperm nucleus, which may be an important cause of infertility, while zine deficiency may increase content of anline blue in spermatogenic cell and sperm. Taking zinc sulphate may cure part of infertile men of lower zinc in seminal plasma.
